One of the first skatepark's in Kitsap County, Poulsbo's Raab Park get's a facelift after 24 years, thanks to Erik Payne for heading the community effort bringing it all together through the Poulsbo Skatepark Re-build Coalition, as well as Billy Cain for countless hours helping construction throughout all phases of this re-build.
