Marketing/Management division

The “M & M” division was called to operate in 2000, (during production of “toebock 2003”) to promote “team toe” and
associates to the highest degree. “Get cho name out da’re” was coined, and continues to be our motto as we work
as a median with women, skateboard and entertainment companies alike. Back in 2005 we broadend our scope, now
offering a variety of management services including organizing and managing tours. Starting with our toebock “don’t act
famous 05’ tour” and have since help evolve more publisized trips, including two with skateboard conglomorate Giant
Skateboard Distribution. 2006, We continue to expand our horizons as opportunities and challeges come forth.

- Entertainment and Sports, general counsel.
- Representing internationally unknowned, for employment, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
- Drafting & negotiating sponsorship and product endorsement agreements for entertainers and non profesional athletes.
- Drafting & negotiating agreements of marks and likenesses for use in getting famous, dont "get your name used out there!"
- Representing musicians in drafting and negotiating band member, recording, publishing and producer agreements.
- Tour organizing, promotion and management from head to toe' bock.
